Mhe. Hamad Y. Masauni. has dedicated his life to public service and community development in Zanzibar. With over 15 years of experience in governance and civic leadership, he has consistently championed policies that uplift the lives of ordinary citizens across the archipelago.
Before entering parliament, Hon. Seif served in various leadership roles including community organizer in Stone Town, youth mentor at the Zanzibar Youth Council, and local government advisor. His grassroots approach to leadership has earned him respect across political divides in Unguja and Pemba.
He has been actively involved in numerous community initiatives including education support programs in Michamvi, healthcare campaigns in Chake Chake, and youth empowerment projects in Nungwi. His commitment to serving the people is demonstrated through his regular town hall meetings and open-door policy.
As a member of parliament, he has sponsored and supported legislation focused on education reform, healthcare access, infrastructure development, and economic empowerment. His voting record reflects his dedication to the needs of his constituents in Zanzibar West.
